The Moment Before the Jump!

You have heard of the "jumping off" place; well, this is it! Annie came to the end of the road, turned her back on all her problems, and made the jump without a parachute! Fortunately for us, she landed in a pillow of snow, surrounded by what looked like Heaven, and got up shouting, "Hallelujah, I made it home before dark and this is far-and-beyond my wildest dreams! Why in the world didn't I do this before now?

Well, this in not exactly true but I'm betting that there have a been a few times over the past several years, where this would have been inviting to her, to say the least. This girl has been traveling quite a road and she has been because she has a dream and she is determined to see it become a reality. It might-well be called the "road less traveled" because very few ever choose to make this journey. Today, everyone wants instant gratification and if they cannot find a way to legitimately get what they want, they will do whatever they can to get it by other means.

As you know, I am very proud of Annie and I really want to see her make it to the finish line and begin to enjoy living out her dream. Who knows what God has in store for her but I do know this: it is going to be far-and-above her wildest dreams!

Blessings and grace lavished,
Your Pastor
